These are small run goods, handcrafted in Los Angeles with love and care by master artisans. Most items are made to order!! Therefore, deliveries vary, but most items ship within 2 weeks. If you order several items, we will ship them as they are created and will ship outstanding items when received from workshop. There will be no additional shipping charges.
Merchandise will be shipped via UPS. International orders via USPS.

SHIPPING/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipping internationally leave from Los Angeles. International orders are shipped via USPS global express mail and should arrive within 5-7 business days. Tracking number not provided.
CUSTOMS
For international & Canada orders, please remember, there may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren’t reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs Office for those charges. ShopRobertson.com does not collect duty and taxes on international orders. The appropriate duty and/or taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. Our shipping charge does not include brokerage fees. All our pricing and shipping charges are in U.S. funds.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to LoveMarksTheSpot.com at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
RETURN/EXCHANGES

Our gorgeous items are made to order, and while jewelry sales are typically final, we absolutely stand behind the ~amazingness~ of the pieces we sell,,, so if you're not satisfied with your choice - for any reason - you may EXCHANGE the unaltered item(s) in its original condition (all tags attached, box intact) within 7 days for a different piece of identical value. No refunds. Customer responsible for shipping and handling. Email for arrangements. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.

LoveMarksTheSpot.com suggests you track your return so that you may confirm that we have received it. The U.S. post office offers delivery confirmation for an additional fee. Also, we strongly urge you to insure your return. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost en route. Take your package to a U.S. post office and a representative can add these options for you. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking information.
